To answer the immediate question, for various reasons you will soon discover, Franky would prefer to keep their identity hidden as much as possible. That's why the photo has been cropped and any identifiable tattoos covered up (you'll never know if there really is a tattoo or not...)

They are 32 years old, American, a qualified professional Chef and they have Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), also referred to as Multiple Personality Disorder (MPD). So that answers your next question, why I keep saying "they"?

We met on a social website after a mutual friend, also from the site, introduced us; something we can not thank her enough for. In fact, I may have to do a dedication to her; someone remind me...

After not very long at all our relationship grew and Franky invited me to come and visit them and so, after over 150 hours of chatting on Skype, I went and spent several weeks with them. In that time we fell in love and now I am upping sticks and moving to be with them.
